That's why we invite you to come with your favourite person to enjoy a night in a double room where a bottle of cava and other surprises await you. But first, and as it could not be otherwise in a city marked by the great gastronomy, we have designed an exclusive dinner for Valentine's Day that you can enjoy in the hotel restaurant between 11 and 14 February. The menu consists of four courses, starting with a surprising bite: a spiced butter sandwich with lobster, curry mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Next, veal tartare with mustard and honey ice cream on a wafer of crusty bread, the prawn and scallop duo with foie gras sauce on black spaghetti and, before dessert, Iberian prey tataky on creamy tuber and teriyaki sauce. For dessert, white chocolate soup and dark chocolate croquette. To drink, order whatever you fancy, but we have included a spectacular cava from Extremadura, a red garnacha wine also from the area and an albariño D.O. Rías Baixas for contrast.
